Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Flat Rate Shipping (5-9 business days): $8.99
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.99

Free standard shipping on orders over $200.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at order@take2trail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
