Refund policy

Items purchased for less than $8 are final sale only. For items priced $8.00 and up, we have a 21 day return policy. You have 21 days from the date of delivery to inspect, try on, and otherwise evaluate your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, contact us at returns@take2trail.com. We can send you a prepaid label, the cost of which will be deducted from your return amount, or you can choose to ship using the carrier of your choice at you own expense. A restocking fee of $5 will be charged on return items.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at returns@take2trail.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged in ways not described in the item condition description, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on items priced under $8.00 unless they are being returned with another item.

Exchanges
Because of the nature of our inventory, we do not accept exchanges. You may, however, return your original item and order the new one!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns after more than 21 days
Given the nature of our business, while we can not offer you a refund after 21 days, the option always exists to sell the item back to us. If the item is in the exact condition you received it in we will likely be able to offer you the amount we originally paid for that item from the original seller. That number may be adjusted if there has been a shift in the demand, a newer model of the item was recently released, or other market conditions have changed.
