Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Take2Trail, 192 Cross Highway, Westport, Connecticut 06880 (“Sponsor”).
2. Entry period
Entries open November 2nd, 20226 at 10am EST and close November 29, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence when entering. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible.
4. How to enter
During the entry period, submit your email address through the Nathan Pack Giveaway form at Take2Trail.com. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Existing email subscribers may enter using the same form and email address.
The form offers the option to receive Take2Trail marketing emails. To enter without subscribing, email info@take2trail.com with the subject “Nathan Pack Giveaway” and include your full name and state of residence. Both entry methods have the same odds of winning.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting your entry or chances of winning. No purchase, payment, or shipping fee is required to enter or claim the prize.
5. Prize
One winner will receive one Nathan pack of their choice, valued at up to $120, subject to availability. Total maximum retail value: $120.
Sponsor will pay standard shipping to the winner’s eligible U.S. address. The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. If the selected pack is unavailable, the winner may choose another available Nathan pack within the $120 prize limit. Any applicable taxes are the winner’s responsibility.
6. Winner selection and notification
Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries on November 30, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted at the email address used to enter and must respond within seven calendar days. If the potential winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, or is ineligible, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner.
Sponsor may request reasonable information to verify eligibility and arrange delivery. Sponsor will never ask for payment or credit card information to claim the prize.
7. Fair participation
Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are not received because of technical problems or incorrect contact information.
If fraud or a technical failure prevents fair administration, Sponsor may suspend or end the giveaway and, where feasible, select a winner from eligible entries received before the interruption.
8. Privacy
Information submitted will be used to administer the giveaway and, where you have consented, send marketing emails, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at Take2Trail.com.
9. Brand affiliation
Nathan is identified solely to describe the prize. This giveaway is sponsored and administered by Take2Trail, not Nathan.
10. Questions and winner information
For questions or to request the winner’s first name and last initial after the drawing, email info@take2trail.com with the subject “Nathan Pack Giveaway.”
